Family Martial Arts Classes for the Triad and Charlotte Areas
Tae Kwon Do is a great Family Activity!
Family martial arts classes are some of our most popular programs.
Training side by side with your children is a truly special experience. You will share a common activity and cheer each other on as you move through the different belt ranks and meet dozens of other friendly families.
The energy in this class is tremendous and a great way to combine workout time with family time, so that everyone can have fun while staying healthy.
Family training is a fun experience, creates rewarding memories, and brings everyone closer.
Tae Kwon Do emphasizes courtesy, respect, and appreciation for others.
In addition to rewarding classes, our school also offers an exciting calendar of special events including tournaments, family days, friends days, board-break-a-thon, potlucks, and holiday socials, just to name a few. Enjoy spending time with your family while having the opportunity to make new friends.

Awesome! My son started 3 years ago – it took him ~6 months to convince me to join with him. Allowing myself the opportunity to reach way outside of my comfort zone as an adult has been unparalleled experience and I value the time I get to spend on the mat practicing with my family rather than feeling like an underpaid taxi driver for my son’s numerous activities. Add training for Nationals . . . and then GOLD (?!?) and having my son by my side throughout: uniquely rewarding! Highly recommend getting on the mat and joining your son! This experience has been worth every dollar, drop of sweat, insecurity, and “I don’t have the time for this” I’ve ever muttered along the way.
